Stan Deal is SVP for Commercial Aviation Services for Boeing, the world’s largest aerospace company. Named to this position in March 2014, Stan is responsible for providing customer support and service to airlines and leasing companies around the globe. Under his leadership, Commercial Aviation Services has generated consecutive years of record performance in 2014 and 2015.

Between 2011 and 2014, Stan was VP and GM of Supply Chain Management and Operations for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, responsible for the overall leadership of Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ Supplier Management, Fabrication, Propulsion Systems and Quality organizations. Other positions included VP and GM of the Boeing Commercial Airplanes Supplier Management organization. He also served as VP of Asia Pacific Sales and VP of Sales and Marketing Operations for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Stan previously helped launch Connexion by Boeing, where he served as VP of Global Network Sales.

Stan joined Boeing in 1986 and held various leadership positions within Boeing, including leading integrated product teams for propulsion systems and structures on the 717 program and serving as Japan Airlines program manager on the MD-11 program. In addition to his Boeing career, Stan served as VP and GM for Fairchild Aerospace, where he was responsible for many commercial airline programs, including managing the supply chain and strategy.

Stan serves on the board of directors for the Washington State Opportunity Scholarship, a public-private partnership helping students from low- and middle-income families earn degrees in science, technology, engineering, math and health care.
