Exhibitor Resource Center

Thank you for participating in Aviation Week's first Military Aviation Logistics & Maintenance Symposium (MALMS). The information in this manual is designed to help you use the virtual platform to make the most of your virtual experience. Take advantage of the rich conference content, create a virtual booth that will represent the best of your organization and generate valuable leads through the matchmaking component.

The Military Aviation Logistics & Maintenance Symposium (MALMS) will be hosted on the Brella Platform, allowing you to access the conference content and network with attendees seamlessly across either desktop or via a mobile device.

To make the most of the experience, we recommend using the desktop version of the event. For best results, we recommend using Google Chrome as your browser.

Easy to Join

Once you have registered for the event you'll be sent instructions to join the Brella Platform which hosts the Virtual Conference. You can join via your desktop using a "join link" or via a mobile device by downloading the Brella App and entering the "join code".

Both your join link and join code will be unique to you, so please don't send on to others.

Matched Networking & Video Meetings

Set up your profile and let the matchmaking algorithm recommend attendees to connect with - saving you time and ensuring you get to meet the people who matter most for your business.

You arrange a time that is convenient for both using the built-in diary manager. When it comes to your meeting you seamlessly join a video meeting, no downloads or passwords required!

Live Streamed Content

The three day agenda will feature a combination of presentations and interactive panel discussions, all available both as a live stream or on-demand if you miss a session. Again, no additional downloads or external links required.

During the session you can post questions live to the speakers, contribute to polls or download the slides. You can also arrange a meeting with the speakers directly to continue the networking.

Visit the Virtual Booths

Browse the booths of the sponsors and virtual exhibitors. Booths hold company information, video and photo galleries as well as a "Meet the Reps" section allowing you to book video meetings with the company representatives.
