The resources available below are for the postponed MRO Americas show taking place September 1-3, 2020. Please note that the early ordering deadlines have been reset to accommodate the later date of the show. All of the service providers below are the same. If you have previously placed orders for the original show dates, please contact each service provider to make sure that your service order gets moved to your current booth location and show date.

In order to give as many exhibitors as much time as possible to set up, MRO Americas will have a staggered move-in schedule. Please pay careful attention to the hall where your booth is located and the size of the booth to make sure you are moving in at the correct scheduled time.

BOOTH EQUIPMENT
Each 10' x 10' booth will be set up with 8' high gray and blue back drape and 3' high gray side dividers. Booths 300 sqft or less will receive a one-line identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sqft may receive a one-line identification sign upon request.

Please Note: Masking Drape is required for all unfinished booths; payment is the responsibility of the exhibiting company. Please see the Furnishings Brochure and Order Form for more information.

AISLE CARPET
All aisles will be carpeted in midnight blue. Show management requires that all booths have carpet or management approved flooring. To enhance the appearance of your booth, rental carpet is available through Freeman. Please refer to the Carpet Brochure and Order Form located in this manual.
