Booth Staff Registration

If you have any questions on registration, please contact us at CustomerServiceMROAM@aviationweek.com or call +1 (800) 262-2710. Please read and complete all pages of the registration until you see the CONFIRMATION PAGE.

In order to register, you must have:

  • A credit card handy for payment (if necessary);
  • An email where your confirmation/QR Code will besent (please set your system to accept emails from noreply@reg.informaim.com).

Tuesday April 21 — 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Wednesday April 22 — 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Thursday April 23 — 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

Exhibit Hall Hours

Tuesday April 21 — 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Wednesday April 22 — 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Thursday April 23 — 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Please Note: Exhibitor Booth Staff Registration has changed



Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration has changed and is no longer publicly available via the event website, instead each exhibitor has their own unique registration link. The exhibitor's assigned marketing contact will receive an email containing the unique registration link to register your booth staff. Please contact your company admin or events@aviationweek.com if you need assistance.

If there are members of your company that will not be working in the booth please use the visitior registration link

You may also add the conference when you register. The Exhibitor / Sponsor rate for an All-Access conference is $1295 if you register between December 6 and April 20 | $1395 if you register after April 20.
