The Aerospace Maintenance Council Competition, presented by Snap-on
Aligning forces with Aviation Week’s MRO Americas, the 2026 Aerospace Maintenance Council will welcome 90 teams to The Competition!
The Aerospace Maintenance Council, a non-profit organization, promotes and supports the aerospace maintenance community. The council’s flagstone event, the Aerospace Maintenance Council Competition presented by Snap-on, recognizes and celebrates the aviation maintenance technician, and the knowledge and skill required to maintain safe, airworthy aircraft, worldwide.
Taking place on the MRO Americas exhibition floor, The Competition provides an opportunity for current and future maintenance professionals to showcase their abilities and see how they stack up against peers across the country. Five-member teams will compete in 27 competitive events in one of six categories:
- Commercial Aviation
- General Aviation
- Space
- Schools
- Military
- Repair and Manufacturing
The Competition is supported through the generous contributions of the aerospace community. Sponsors host events, provide prizes, and make monetary contributions.
