Choose this option to register for the MRO Americas conference, including access to the Exhibition Hall, an All Access Pass, which includes access to MALMS, or if you want to apply for a press pass.
Choose this option to access the Exhibition Hall only as a Visitor. If you are a exhibitor (your company has a booth on the show floor) please use Booth Staff below.
To be eligible for VIP admission, you must meet the airline or lessor qualification criteria. Please ensure you meet the qualifying criteria before applying.
If your company has a booth on the show floor and you would like to register as an Exhibitor Representative, choose this category. Please make note of your booth number as this is required when registering.

PLEASE NOTE: Hospitality functions (including meetings, conferences, special events and receptions, unless approved by Show Management) are not permitted during the Event (inclusive of set-up, official Show days and tear down). Any hospitality functions during the dates of the Event are reserved for exhibiting/sponsoring companies and must be approved by Show Management. Outboarding is also prohibited. Outboarding is when a company that is eligible to exhibit/sponsor at the Event does not but hosts attendees/delegates from the Event without Show Management’s approval during the Event (inclusive of set-up, official Show days and tear down). Companies that engage in outboarding will be prohibited from all future events. Exhibiting companies are encouraged to protect their investment and report any outboarding to Show Management. Show Management requests that all exhibitors refrain from setting meetings and inviting customers to your booth during setup hours. Only Booth personnel and Contractors are permitted in the exhibition hall prior to the official opening of the Show Floor. Speakers, visitors, conference attendees will not be permitted in the hall prior to the official opening of the Event.
Exhibitors, please do not schedule meetings with attendees prior to show hours.
Cancellations for paid registrations received on or before February 7, 2025 will receive a refund less a 20% processing fee on the conference registration. If no moneys are received, registrants are still responsible for the processing fee. VERBAL CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Please email your written cancellation to [email protected]. No refunds will be given after February 7, 2025 but a substitute may be sent. Any fees not paid by original registrant will be applied to substitute’s fees. By submitting your registration, you authorize Informa to invoice you for any unpaid portion of your registration fees.
Admission Policy/Required Proof of Business
All persons planning to attend Aviation Week’s MRO Event (the “Event”) must be registered with Aviation Week (“Show Management”), a division of Informa PLC (“Informa”). The Event is a private trade show open to the trade only, and not open to the public. Individuals who cannot document their direct, professional affiliation to the trade are not qualified to attend the Event.
Child Policy
Anyone 16 years and older must qualify to register as an attendee or exhibitor and will be required to show business proof. Children younger than 16 years are not eligible to attend the Event. No one under 18 years of age will be allowed on the Event floor during move-in and move-out.
Dress Attire for the Event
The Organizers of the event recommend smart business attire which combines well-fitting, polished business wear with elements of casual attire – blouses, polo shirts, button downs, chinos, dress pants, polished and practical footwear.
No jeans, t-shirts & shorts, worn-out sneakers, flip-flops or sandals and sundresses.
Please note the following on the T&Cs:
Organizer shall reserve the right to determine appropriate attire and manner. If for any reason the attire of Client’s personnel is deemed inappropriate by Organizer, the Client may be requested to make suitable changes of its employees, exhibit staff and/or models. Client may be requested to remove individuals wearing the inappropriate attire.
Literature, Product Distribution
Company promotion, samples and literature distribution by exhibitors must be done within their contracted exhibit spaces, with the exception of designated sponsorships and marketing opportunities. Unless a marketing opportunity (e.g., sponsorship, showcase, exhibitor-presented seminar) has been contracted by the exhibitor, all company promotion and product sampling must occur within the contracted booth space. This includes, but is not limited to “roaming” characters, handing out flyers, approaching delegates to download their information (lead retrieval), approaching exhibitor booths to sell products, leaving and/or distributing product information in public spaces and Event floor aisles, all of which are prohibited. Exhibitors found doing so will be sent back to their booth space and materials left will be recycled. Attendees will be asked to leave the Event and forfeit their badges. Any “suitcasers” should be reported to the Event Office.
Meetings, Events & Seminars
Any meetings and/or events (e.g., hospitality suites) that are not taking place on the Event floor should be held during nonEvent hours and should be registered with Show Management. Events and meetings must be registered and approved by using the Exhibitor Hosted Events Form. Exhibitors have the option to publish their meetings or events on the MRO Event website or indicate on the form it is a private event. If it is indicated as a private event, it will not be published on the website.
No Animals
Animals are not allowed at the Event. The only exception is for service animals, which must be kept under control at all times. Please contact Customer Service with questions.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas inside the Event facility. Smoking is permitted solely in designated smoking areas outside the buildings.
Photography/Videography
Each exhibitor and attendee of the Event (i) authorizes Show Management (and its officers, directors, officials, employees, agents, contractors and representatives) to photograph and/or record all or any part of the Event and (ii) grants Show Management the worldwide, perpetual, royalty free right and license to reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly perform and publicly display all such photographs and recordings, including without limitation, the name, images and likenesses of attendee or exhibitor contained therein (and any derivative works thereof) in any medium (now existing or hereafter developed).
Badge Reprint Fee
If you lose or forget your badge, there will be a reprint fee for a replacement badge. To have a replacement badge printed please go to registration with your identification, and one will be printed for you for as detailed below:
Reprint Badge fees are $20.00 per badge.
Identification Policy/Right to Verify Identity
Identification is required at all times while attending the Event. It will be required for entry to the Event at all times. Show Management reserves the right to verify the identity of any persons accepting and/or using an Event badge. Any person found using another person’s badge will have the badge confiscated and will be asked to leave the premises or correctly register.
Email Policy
Show Management requires a unique email address be provided for all registrations to attend the Event. The unique email address is required to manage our directory of all attendees. It is also used by exhibitors to effectively provide follow-up with people who scanned your badge. By registering and providing your contact information, you acknowledge and agree to the use by Informa of your contact information to communicate with you about events, products, services and offerings by Informa, its brands, affiliates, and/or third-party partners, consistent with Informa’s Privacy Policy (accessible at www.informaexhibitions.com/en/privacy-policy.html). In addition, you understand that your personal information may be shared with sponsors of the Event, so they can contact you directly about their products or services. Please refer to the privacy policies of such sponsors for more details on how your information will be used by them.
Hold Harmless Policy
You hereby agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless (and to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, you hereby expressly release and discharge) (i) Informa and its equity owners and affiliates; (ii) the Event facility and its owners, affiliates, lessors and lessees; and (iii) official exhibit service contractors and security services (all of the foregoing in clauses (i) through (iii), collectively, “Show Providers”), and each of their respective officers, directors, officials, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively, “Representatives”) from and against any and all alleged and/or actual claims, actions, lawsuits, proceedings, damages, penalties, demands, losses, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorney fees), costs or liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever (collectively, “Claims”), including but not limited to any Claim for property damage and/or personal injury, in connection with, caused by or arising out of the attendance at and/or participation in the Event by (A) you, (B) your Representatives (or any other party acting on your behalf), or (C) any of your servants, invitees, patrons or guests (all of the foregoing in clauses (B) and (C),collectively, “Related Parties”), whether as a result of (i) your or any Related Party’s act, omission, negligence or willful misconduct, (ii) your or any Related Party’s violation of any policy of, or breach or alleged breach of any agreement with, Informa or any other Show Provider, (iii) your or any Related Party’s violation of any applicable law, regulation, rule, or ordinance, (iv) your or any Related Party’s infringement of any third party rights, including without limitation, the infringement of any patented, trademarked, franchised or copyrighted music, materials, devices or dramatic rights used or incorporated in the Event by you or any Related Party, or (v) otherwise, and in each case, whether or not foreseeable. This provision shall survive any termination or expiration of this agreement.
Right to Deny or Remove
We reserve the right to deny admission to, or remove any party from the Event for any reason.
